*****ulent account opened without knowledge

Hello. Yesterday I called the credit cards department terminate/cancel my credit card as its paid up the consultant that helped told me she put request and that it will take 5 working days. This morning, I receive an SMS stating my new credit card has been personalised and I should expect notification regarding arrival within 48 hours. This is ***** as I only requested to do one thing which to cancel. I called ***** department and was not assisted.
