*****ulant Nightmare

I received an EFT from my wifes FNB account into my Capitec account. She expectd ***** on her account from Discovery bank and asked that it must be investigated. FNB froze her account and also a few of her recepients accounts... Mine also. Even after sending advidavids to that case worker stating that we are not the *****elant accounts we still have no access to our accounts. My wife spend hours on the phone trying to get our accounts open. Only her account was unfrozen on the 5th of Sep. Because her elderly mother of 83 was in ICU with a broken hip and the medical aid wanted to transfer her to a government hospital. None of our debit orders were honored and we got penelized for returned debit orders. Up to now my Capitec account is still frozen due to a lack of urgency from FNB
