Uknown Charge/Fee of R76.50

There is a charge of R76.50 on my bank statement. I dont know what it is for because i wasnt using my account for the past 2 months. on the description it says "#Pay Wallet W/D Fee #Cash Withdrawal Fee Adj". Its fine if i dont get the money back I just want to know what it is for and why it came so that it musnt happen again!
