Cc Unathi was absolutely amazing and gave thr mot exptional service.i was nervous when i went to the branch as this was my first time to open an account with FNB vut she definitely made me feel at easy, i got all the explanation and along the process ,sge would explain every step to me.She made me feel valued and not as just another ticket that needs to be hurried up.I am by far pleased with such great service as she showed the characteristics of Ubuntu.
