Uber *****

Do not use uber if you are an FNB client, the bank charges are 50% of your fare. This does not appear in their contracts or pricing structure and the only way to remove this charge is to call the call centre and have it removed each time you use uber, or else they get away with this *****. Yes we had a uber ride which cost R40 and FNB bank charges were 50%, so R20. If you bank else where you will pay R40 for this trip, but with FNB it will be R60 for the same trip. The trick is they draw you in with the ebucks offer, and then ***** you with the undisclosed bank charges (which appears no where in there pricing structure). Save yourself the trouble and bank else where.
