Uathorised debit orders

My name is Nombulelo Dyonta and I'm staying in Khayelitsha at the risk of keep looking for the bank to sort out issues risk is very high that i can get Corona. I am a client of FNB for years and am sad to say the service is not good at all now they cant assist me with debit orders that went of my account without authorization so my bank and the sad part they close they we can't reverse debit order over 200 . The banks are closed they don't do it in the bank anymore. I will be cancelling my card if the debit orders are not reversed. When I'm checking on the app there's no application .Tomorrow I will be closing this account if this is not sorted.
