Typical poor FNB service. Give my money back.

The FNB law on call product is an absolute ****.

I have been a policy holder since 2016. In Sept 2017 I was de*****ed of R33 000-00 and have been struggling ever since trying to get legal help through the Law On Call product.

The first attorney firm, Cavanagh and Richards, didnt do anything with the matter, and was subsequently removed from the case in March 2019, and replaced by Erasmus-Scheepers who also did nothing to further proceedings. The file was with Erasmus-Scheepers for 2 years!!! and no progress was made. Erasmus-Scheepers were eventually removed for lack of action as well. Now again, for the third time, I had to go through the whole debacle with a new firm, and again no action whatsoever.

I am tired of this matter, and I want it to go away.

Its been more than 4 years since the event and I am probably not able to sue the guilty party anymore, purely because of the absolute negligence of the legal aid provided by FNB.

I will be taking this case to the ombudsman, as for over 5 years I have been paying monthly fees for a product that I cannot use. I want all of the monies that have been paid to Law on Call paid back into my account.
