Typical Example of FNB Carelessness and Negligence

This is a TYPICAL EXAMPLE of absolutely careless and negligent way of FNB's way of treating customers.

My FNB credit card account has been charged twice in September and October 2014 with Top Up Debt Protect. I questioned these charges as I have not agreed to such Top Up Debt Protection. The reply given was that FNB card has voice recording which has been send to FNB- Randburg where I can go and listen. This was under complaint references 559602 & 559598.from 25-Oct-2014.

I visited the branch, however the manager said they don't have it, yet he will obtain it and forward it to me. Never got a feed back from him.
I kept on sending email to [Email Removed] from where Verona Blom
Service Recovery Consultant rep**** \we have referred your email to Credit card to assist you"on 18-Nov-2014. No one from FNB card bothered to contact me.
Then I called FNB card and brought up the matter again. After the attending person fami****ized with the matter she said that she will find out the recordings and call me to arrange for me to listen those recordings. That was in November under ***. So far have not been contacted.

Regards"
