Typical corporate greed

I have been a fairly loyal client to FNB and have banked a lot of money with them both privately and also currently have a business account.

It frustrates me that another bank offered a far better loan to a house than FNB. When I raised this with them they matched the offer. What frustrates me is that I feel there should be perhaps a little more effort from their side to provide the best deal possible. The message is clear. They know its annoying to change banks and therefore they offer a worse deal knowing that they probably just need to match another bank. They know that it will be really hard to change banks for me. Message recieved FNB!!!
