Iam not happy with the manner that I was treated by your agents via your call centre Zethu Zulu who is a professor in passing the buck and just threw me over to the ivr whilst I was still talking and Zinhle Zulu who was threatening to cut my call off forgetting her incompetence and that of her collegue I have never been this frustrated what the **** are y'all teaching your agents in training ,are you teaching them to disrespect clients and give them ****ty treatment also what bull**** is it that your managers do not take calls when clients asks for manager intervention, you're the worst bank one could ever bank with your service has gone to the dogs to say the least and iam not going to sugar coat it..one irate client
