This bank has been sending me from pillar to post for over 6years.

I have a building loan that has moved to smart bond. The progress payments that I've withdrawn make up just over 60% of my bond. But the bank has made me pay bond for the full amount since 2011.. I can't access the retained amount to finish of my house because no one wants to help me. I spoke to Inga wellimse, then Keketso Matsoso referred me to Megeshni Bethil, who referred me to Chris Van Rooyen. All these people don't respond. The telephone numbers don't go through. They don't respond to emails, Megeshni tells me he will call me back every day and never does. I want my money with interest of since 2011 to date. No one wants to help. Meantime I pay bond for a house I cannot live in because of fnb. I pay full bond repayment whilst they didn't give me the full bond amount.

All these people are useless, ****s and have no work ethic. All these said people are supposed to be managers and team leaders. Sies what a disgrace. I will report this to the ombudsman. Thg his complaint is long overdue. Useless bank.
