Two week waiting for a call from them

I made an application for an over draft and promised to be contacted back within 72 hours its been two weeks now and here is their Reference they gave me :Reference No: 4NPZF9YJ no one has bothered to call me i bet you this bank is only good in their marketing strategy to get more customers i dont think they are passionate of people and service all they ever want is earn big money form us who are not their high value clients i'm sick and tired of their ****,im thinking of moving to Nedbank or Capitec .
