Two rings is not a phone call.

I received a call from your call center yesterday after complaining about the sloppy response time, but the phone rang for all of 2 seconds before the call was terminated. I am sure there are easier ways to convince your employer that you are doing your job than logging a call that you didn't bother completing.

In the interim, my family continues to suffer for a lack of money due to a simple OTP switch.
