Two minimum payments in one month

About 3 weeks ago I attempted to increase my limit on my Gold Credit card, but instead FNB upgraded me to a Premier Credit card and cancelled my Gold card. I requested a downgrade because I do not want a Premier Credit card, so I was given a new Gold card.

Now my problem is this. The payment date was always the 15th. I made payments before 15 Dec, 15 Jan, 15 Feb. I most recently made a payment at the end of February, which was for the 15th of March. Then my card was cancelled, and now my new card has a payment date of the 26th of each month, so I am being asked to make a minimum payment by 26 March. This means I am being asked to make 2 minimum payments for what is essentially the same account. If FNB did not cancel my card due to their mistake of upgrading me, I would still have my first card and my payment should be due on 15 April.

FNB upgraded me by their mistake, closed my first Gold Credit card and opened a new account for me because of this mistake. I should not have to make 2 payments in 1 month. I have a budget planned out and it does not include making 2 payments to the bank.

Please adjust my payment date. I also expect to pay 0 for the opening of my new account.
