Two factor authentication for online banking

Dear FNB I have banked with you for a very long time (must be around 20 years now). It would be interesting to find out exactly how long but for that I would need to ask you. Before that I was with Standard Bank for about 20 years (from University days and early working career). I am trying to activate two factor authentication (2FA) for my personal online banking. It has not bothered me ever since using FNB online banking that 2FA has not been enabled. However, there is an increasing number of banking hacks which occur and the time has arrived to activate 2FA. However, it appears that you cater for 2FA only on Enterprise accounts? I phoned online banking support and after enquiring, the Consultant informed me that you do not offer 2FA for personal banking but only for Enterprise banking. He apologized that this is not possible. Surely implementing 2FA for personal banking is not that low on your priority list? When will this be available? Is it perhaps time to knock on Standard Bank’s door and ask them if they have implemented 2FA for personal banking?
