two debits in one month
I Write today very disappointed in FNB Home loans as my service provider, they have debited my bank account twice in less than 2 weeks. I would like them to note that i am fully aware that my account with them is in arrears and have made necessary arrangements to cover arrears. I furthermore have a document that serves as a proof that we have an agreement about the outstanding amount. FNB has taken all the money from my bank account now i don't see my self surviving the month of February.

I called FNB housing department this morning and the said someone will call me back but they have not done so yet.

Please help as i need the money urgently.
