Two broken devices and a difficult cancellation

Hi

This is my second complaint in a month on FNB smart devices. I had a device delivered to me, a SONY M5 Dual Sim. The device gave me problems, I reported it and received a new SONY M5.

The new handset gave me the exact same problem. I went online and discovered a world wide problem with the same hand set. I called in again on monday the 11th of April to try and report it faulty and have it picked up and inspected and to possibly cancel the whole thing and go for a different phone.

I have been passed around to different departments for this but at the end of the day the department I speak to does not do what they are suppose to. So now I have to call to report the problem, call to cancel the order, call to arrange pickup and then call to start the whole process over again for another phone, which I think is super backwards.

At this point I just want to cancel my order and not go through FNB, FOOL ME ONCE i guess. The problem is I am getting dropped calls and today (13th of April) when I called in I found out that Monday's call was all for nothing and I have been so polite on call through this whole thing. Someone needs to address this as my 7 day period is coming to an end
