Two bonds registered instead of one

I requested a letter stating that I have one bond account with fnb. Almost 2 weeks no response. I'm very ****ed off. I have explained that my credit score is low because of the two bond accounts registered by fnb instead of 1. No one seems to be wanting to assist. Your service sucks. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
