Two attorneys appointed for one loan!

<p>In 2013 FNB obtainend a garnishee order on my salary for an outstanding credit card. I was not aware of any judgement or summons against me and only saw garnishee order on my salary. I have been paying the garnishee order of R500 untill July 2016 when I saw it was not subtracted from my salary anymore. I phonend the relevant attorney and asked the reason for this. The attorney in Bloemfontein , Hugo Strampe and de Bruyn explainend that the order was stopped by FNB and the matter was now closed. Since August I received threathening phone calls from Brooks & Luyt concerning this matter where I was asked when and how much I will pay since they have only received R250-R300 per month! I have phonend FNB, Brooks & Luyt, Hugo Strampe and the Bruyn on various occassions. No statements or account number can be provided. Brooks & Luyt harresses me daily and drops phone calls every day. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT TWO COMPANIES ARE COLLECTING ON THE SAME LOAN?? I have been informed that a summons is being seeked again. How is this possible? How is it also possible that FNB has received payments on this account untill November 2016 but the garnishee order was stopped in July 2016? </p>
