Two and a half months and still no card

I am currently overseas and my card was expiring end July. I called on 1 June and was told that it was no problem, my new card would be sent to me overseas, They said it would definitely arrive well before the old card expired. Well now I am sitting for two weeks overseas without a card. In two and a half months 5 cards have been issued and each one gets sent to the local courier instead of an international one. So each time the courier calls me to arrange delivery only to have them say they don't deliver overseas. Call Premier banking and the card gets cancelled and reissued and sent to the incorrect courier again. And so the process has continued and I still don't have a card. I am really frustrated - I have done everything that I can from my side to try and ensure I get my card before the other expired and still nothing. I am ready to close my account with FNB when I get back to SA, So much for premier banking.
