Twice my money deducted over one transaction

On the evening of January 30th I went to top up on diesel at BP Sydney road. R340 was RESERVED FOR PURCHASE on that day and was already deducted from my account. Yesterday 4th February I get another deduction of R340 and an sms stating R340 PAID TO BP Sydney road and was once again deducted from my bank balance. I understand reserve, I understand paid, but getting twice the amount deducted from my balance I do not understand.<br> <br> This is the second time this incident has happened in a short space of time. I was lucky to have the receipt last time after driving up and down filling your dispute forms and trying to track down the BP manager who was hardly there. Now I don't have a receipt in this case. I am not going through this drama again. <br> <br> It's blatantly obvious what's wrong by seeing my outstanding debit card authorization is R340 and R640 was deducted from my balance.<br> <br> Sort this out.
