Twice debited

Fnb keeps on debiting my account twice but I am not in arrears and it's the third time I have to tell them to rectify. I appreciate the fact that they help me through covid but it's becoming a nuisance and is difficult to cover my other debits because of insufficient funds. The other problem is that it doesn't take 5 - 7 working days but more 3 - 4 weeks
