**********! TWICE!

This is the third time I'm complaining about my charging fees. I opened an account with you for Home Affairs. Vuyiswa Adonisi helped me and my fees I only heard at the Glen Branch were over R100 per month. I went back to her after contacting you this same way and meeting with the manager. Vuyiswa did not offer me all the different options I had. I chose pay as you use but now again notice I've neen charged over R50 per month. You will deduct this charge as she has done this incorrectly THE SECOND TIME, and charge me as I was told by your manager in front of Vuyiswa the pay as you use fee, R6.50. I will then come into the bank, and leave FNB. Rate you on social media too. I suggest you teach Vuyiswa before you put her to work behind the desk aswell as her customer service. It stinks. I'm shocked and disgusted!!!
