Tv remote not working but no assistance what so ever from FNB Connect

I am very frustrated with FNB Connect because they are failing to help me with my TV remote that is not working and i have spent so much airtime calling and been taken back and forth for almost two weeks now. How hard is it to contact Samsung to report the malfunction of my tv remote.
