Turning down home loan application

App**** for home loan with FNB while I bank with them but they turned me down. Guess what Standard bank approved my application. Which even the interest rate of Standard Bank are lower than that was offered by FNB. So why would stay a bank that isn't there for you when you need them to be there for you.
