Turnaround time for business is unacceptable

Last week Saturday we deposited R3310 at the machine at the fnb Jane furse branch which got stuck in one of the Machines as I run a fish and chips store. I still have not received the money from the bank I don’t understand why you shared wait over a week for the money to returned. This puts a strain on the business as it happens all the time .
