Turn around time for pay
We visited Key West Fnb branch to claim for funeral policy on the 22/04/15. Documents we take in by consultant and never advised they is a police report that need to be completed from the bank. We went to Main street branch in Randburg and we were advised that the documents 1 was missing and we were need to complete that and wait 48hours and we need the money because the latest the money would be in the account would be Friday because we went to the branch on Wednesday.
