TUMISANG SELEPE & MUBEEN JOOMA NEGLIGENCE ON ****** FUNDS

Due to FNB's negligence in managing my prompt report of ********** activity on my FNB Credit card. They failed to reverse the transactions as they said they would as it has not yet gone through!

A few days later all transactions went through and now they only want to give me a "payment of goodwill" far below the amount that got ****** from my credit card. On top of that, they also charged me interest on the outstanding amounts.

After their investigation that has taken over 3 months to complete, they also failed to notice the total amount that has been ******! It was more than DOUBLE the amount that they have put in the report! You can't make this stuff up!

Thanks to HelloPeter the FNB's Private Banker TUMISANG SELEPE has made contact with me trying to give me a small margin of the funds they handed over to the ********* by neglecting their duty.

I have not heard of MUBEEN JOOMA during this case at all!
