<p>I am an fnb client and have been for years but I am very disappointed in the way they handled my accounts of late. Last year I reported three *****gelen incident I was told the investigation will take three months till today nobody has bothered to inform me about them. Last night a money was taken from my account when i called I spoke to 8 different people got no help from anynone of them. It is very sad I have trusted fnb with my money for so long and I'm getting such unprofessionalism from them. In my eyes they're tsotis and should not be trusted at all.</p>
