Trying to ***** my money

FNB you are really starting to irritate me now!!! I settled my personal loan with you and even received the paid up letter on 16 January. R35 000 odd later... Now on the 1st you attempted to take R3349.05 from my account for this exact loans. Not only was this not supposed to happen as I don't use that account for any debit, now my account is in excess and I keep on receiving this message: FNB :-) FNB Cheque Acc .. remains in excess. Please deposit today to avoid dishonouring of debits. Kindly ignore if deposited. 03Feb 09:13. You better sort this out!!! I want my account back to a positive where it was, before you tried *****ing my money!!! Can you just wake up!!!!
