Trying to sort out a credit card OTP

I used my FNB business credit card to purchase stock, as i was authorising the payment with my OTP my internet connection was lost and it was never authorised. So i phone the call centre to have it fixed so that i can purchase the stock needed. When i phone i was passed from one centre to the next, the lady in business department was extremely rude and didn't want to listen to me then sent me to the ***** department, there i was then told i have to go to the business credit department which was where i was before, then i was told they can't help me and sent me the ***** department which then said they only deal with personal and not business problems and sent me back to the business section for the 3rd time, and after 40 minutes of being on a call they called was dropped and nothing has been sorted out. This is a huge problem as i can't order stock until this authorisation is dealt with.

Some one needs to get hold of me now, as this is a big problem for my business.
