Trying to settle a loan and closing a cheque accou

On Friday the 27th Nov 2015 I went to FNB Gugulethu Square and having waited over 2 hours on the queue the 3 consultants decided to go on lunch leaving us with one consultant. I complained with FNB customer service but have received no response till date. I managed to see a consultant but had to go and draw the cash to settle a revolving loan so I could close the cheque account I have with FNB. I then decided to go to another branch on Saturday in Lansdowne. After depositing and transferring of the money, the consultant could not close my cheque account because she said I need to transfer another +R4, I did that, the system then said there is a credit note of the same +R4 I just transferred so I must come back on Monday as they cannot assist me since its Saturday. I went back on Monday and I was told I owe the bank R274.44, I deposited R300 on Tuesday. Now today I receive another email to say I owe R25.44, they cannot close the cheque account. Is this company for real? I go up and down using my petrol to deposit the money and the consultant is *********** because she cant give me the exact figure they say I owe which I don't understand. I just want to close this cheque account!!!!
