Trying to set up an online beneficiary for a Non Resident Blocked Account

I emigrated from South Africa in 2015 and have gone through the lengthy process of emigrating my assets with the very efficient assistance of Annelene of Finglobal (Formerly Cashkows). The assets are now in an FNB Non Resident Blocked account ready to be transferred to my UK bank account. When I was ready to arrange this I sent FNB an email requesting a quote to do the Forex Exchange and transfer. After receiving no reply to this email and several others, I decided to use another service provider. They duly set the wheels in motion and set up a transit account with Mercantile Bank so I could transfer the funds into that account for conversion to Forex and deposit into my account here. That is now where the frustration begins because the FNB system does not allow me to add a beneficiary to a Non Resident Blocked Account and no number of phone calls have got me any closer to progress. I have been cut off numerous times, told it is impossible and even had the entire method explained to me even though I have tried that method and found that it does not allow me to set up the beneficiary. Every call I make is an international call costing me a fortune while I go through the process of being advised the usual preamble one gets from a call centre along with the usual attempt to brainwash you into believing they are your answer to banking, only you already have experience proving they are not even close. I would like a competent, literate person to answer my call, solve my problem and allow me to be done with this for once and for all

This is Forex related and due to the volatility of both the Rand and the Pound is extremely urgent. Please can you light a fire under this as 3 days is a long time to wait and is costing me money
