Trying to order new credit card because last one is blocked due to *****

I requested to block my credit card using the app due to ***** and now I am struggling to get another card I tried to contact fnb credit card providers n I didn't get help, the credit card account is still active and I am being charged credit card fees while I am not able to use the account
