Trying to close an account but no one seems to be able to help me

But like the saying go, to little to late.
FNB is passed that.
The account was supposed to be closed, when i went into the branch they picked up an active temporary loan that's on 0 from 2020.
Then the clever people from herotel trying to take months premium from fnb and also my new account from Standard bank, obviously the fnb one declined because of no funds available! Now its going to reflect poorly on my credit score!!!!!
Buying a house, that fnb also did not want to assist Standard bank actually did, but now fnb f's up with this putting me in a bad light with creditors.
Damn fnb likes to ***** with people, this is not the first round I'm having with fnb, in 2020 covit time me and my husband struggled with fnb, i eventually got help but my husband didn't and just gave up even trying.
