Trying to be too clever but ending up with ****py customer service.

I need to pay a company. They happen to be a public recipient. Firstly, the webpage only informs that they are a public recipient after I have filled in all the information.

Secondly I am paying the University of Kwa Zulu Natal, HOWEVER when I search I get the results "University of Natal" and "University of Natal Durban". Now I don't know which one (if either) is correct because there is no account number displayed.

How am I supposed to make payment? If a company is a Public Recipient why do you stop clients from adding them manually???
