Trying to apply for a loan for 2 weeks now

I have app**** for a Loan or should say I have been trying to apply for a loan for the past 2 weeks. 1st the Consultant gave me the wrong info. Then I had to wait as the Loan was declined and I had to wait until the option was available again. Which I then app**** again. Now the account has been added to my portfolio but i cant access it because I had to wait for a debicheck mandate, which still has not come. I just tried now to find out what the problem is and the consultant tells me to try at 3pm because the systems are offline. I am extremely close to changing banks even thought I have been with FNB for more than 20 years. I actually cant believe the service has gotten so bad!!
