Trying for 2 hours, just to get my bank statement.

I've been trying to get copies of my bank statements, normally a brainless exercise, but not today it seems.

1) I first tried via the app on my phone, could open the statement, but since it's protected, cannot download it.

2) Tried the same via the web browser on PC, but in this case they won't even open and just gives a blank page, using Chrome and/or Edge.

3) Tried requesting verified statements via email 3 times already, to two different email addresses, but have not received anything.

4) Tried to download the PDF statements using the browser, and received an error: System Error: Could not retrieve Statement Document.

Where can I send screenshots for further investigation? 2 Hours of my day has been consumed by this normally simple procedure, to no avail.
