Trust that has been betrayed

Last week Monday I app**** for a small loan from my bank of choice that has been running both my personal and business account for some years now... The loan was approved and I got a call to verify and was advised that I will get the money during the day and that was on Friday.... I followed up today and was told the my application got stale and that I need to reapply. There was no clear path of how was I gonna be assisted now like if I have to wait another week or I will make the application and it will be escalated so that the matter can be resolved. Biggest problem is that no one called me in all of this I only get feedback when I follow up. They are soo unprofessional for a bank this big.
