Trust services failing my daughters

Once again my daughter has been locked out of university res because First Trust services failed to make payment. I am subjected to making payments out of my pocket and in most cases I don't even get refunded. In Jan I submitted receipts for both my daughters and only a portion of one of my daughters' receipts were reimbursed. I cannot imagine what children who sorely depend on the trust fund are going through
