trust account hild

this fnb consultants are very useless i opened a trust account with them and they indicated that they are going to put a hold on my trust untill i submitted my fidelity fund certificate which i subsequently submit to them but they are still refusing to remove the hold i have called them numorous times to remove the hold but they are sending me from pillar to post just recently towbof theire consulatants have told that the matter is out of theire exptise and they cant assit,, people stay away from fnb
