True TIERING

I have THIS BIS/INT 16 ON TRUE TIERING = 156.80 billed on my business account on a monthly basis over service fees, value added service fees, monthly account fee, non fnb atm withdrawals. Fnb I think you've been robbing me for years. Care to explain what is that?
