True customer service

I bought a shoe cabinet through ebucks in January 2020 and it came with missing items. I then called the ebucks shop to lodge a complaint and in February I received a call from a lady by the name of Tsholofelo Sebusi (Client service specialist) who was assigned to assist me. It has been and endless communication between myself, Tsholofelo, and the manufacturer with which has been tiring to me but Tsholofelo never failed to give me feedback from the manufacturer. Today i am happy that after such a long time and with countless engagements the missing items are finally fitted on the cabinet. Thank you for a wonderful service Tsholofelo, you are indeed an asset to FNB.
