Troubleshooting Currently Not Shooting

Laptop was purchased from FNB, via Connect division. The device has not functioned accordingly since day one.

I contact FNB, yet I'm disregard as a customer. I was told to contact Digital Planet, upon doing so, I was promised a call back to perform a troubleshoot. Days have gone by, the agent is probably troubleshooting on ways to call back.

I expect the malfunctioning device to be collected by 13/06/2023.
