Tripple billing on credit card that made cc to be in areas

I wrote a complaint to fnb.

Hi,

I have received text from fnb saying that my credit card account is in arrears.

Please note that i had communications with fnb to close the account but they did not do as per request.

I paid an amount of +31K in March 2018. Fnb ddnt close off the account, but instead an amount of +R800 was deducted from the account monthly.

I see now 12K was deducted from my account in Jan. Now FNB has made 2 deductions from my account in early Jan and in Feb which led to the account now being in arrears.

I need your card devision to fix this error and close my account.
