Triple threat (to FNB's reputation)

I tried to active my travel insurance today and received probably the worst service ever from an FNB Travel insurance call centre agent who identified himself as Jackson Barker. He was a triple threat (to FNB's reputation) - bad attitude, no courtesy, terrible telephone manner. He was definitely not equipped with the skills to speak to a customer over the phone - and if he was, he definitely did not use them in our call. <br> <br> Apart from the contemptuous \no care"attitude he displayed he also **** about the location of his supervisors and claimed that both were out of the building"
