Triple Debited account

I regret the day I joined this bank . The my experience with FNB its painful selfish bank ever met in my entire life. My account has been triple debited without my knowledge . I was on cashflow releif. I called the bank to ask when my debit order will go normal to my account the consultant told me Sept to my surprise wake up with 3 debit orders being debited. On the 25th Sept 14: 58 a consultant called me name called Lesego Shakung because before I have send email because I was getting messages that is in areas i spoke to her an explain she promise to send an email to Loans dept to have a look on my account because they was a fault from the bank . What make things worse 3 payments in one account debited and mess up with my ITC records. I want my money to refunded to my account as matter of urgency then sort out all mess created on my account
