Triple charges leading to no money in my accounts

R4000 in double charges and triple charges on. The same items on my credit card and after filling in forms and cancelling the card and speaking to the call centre they gave the response of it takes 14 days for the money to be reveresed fnb are just ridiculous and it seems to me that they are working with **********
