Trevor Ferguson ID ********** 063082

From 2011 i have been going up & down trying to resolve with FNB the substitution of debtor with FNB home loans. I was informed at the last visit to FNB branch at Bay Side that all was in order & not to worry As i had signed all the paper work at FNB offices at Canal walk. This would b the last papers i would need to sign,as i had also paid De Abre & Cohan Atorney who did the transfer I have have now received a letter from the master of the western high court, who i saw today the 2 july 2018 I was informed by them that FNB has taken me off from them. I do not understand as i have been paying the bond all these years. I have also seen management at the branch to find out what is happening. I was told they would get back to me last week. This has not happened. I went back to the branch again today 2 july 2018 only to be told she is going into a meeting. I did inform her it is urgent as i was coming from the master of the high court. I have a dead line of the 11 july 2018 to come up with something. Other wise they will take me off as a executor & my property will be sold

Please can you help me as this as you would understand is very serious. All i want is the property to be transferred into my name

Warm Regards

Trevor Ferguson
