Trend Micro Activation on the banking but not renewing

For about 15 years I received every year a fee activation key for Trend Micro anti-virus supp**** by First National Bank. My Antivirus now expired again at the end of the term. When trying to retrieve the new activation key from my online banking only the old key is available. FNB never notified me that a key will not be supp**** anymore. Nowhere is any information available regarding the issue. I need an answer. My computer is now without any protection due to the fact that I can't renew the licence.
